Endeavour Hills

Endeavour Hills commenced in Division Three of the Southern Football League in 2011 when they finished in last place after managing just a couple of wins from their 18 home and away matches. They improved slightly in 2012, winning 4 games to finish three places off the bottom, but the following year was something of a disappointment as they failed to win a single match in succumbing to the wooden spoon. Subsequent seasons brought gradual but sustained improvement and in 2016 they finished with an 11-7 win/loss record which was good enough for sixth place on the twelve team premiership ladder. In 2017 they improved still further, qualifying for the finals and ultimately finishing second after losing the grand final to Doveton Eagles by just four points. A year later they again fell short on grand final day, this time to Springvale Districts by a margin of 37 points. The 2019 season saw them drop one rung on the premiership ladder after losing the preliminary final to Clayton by 40 points.
